Wrestling MS Release of Liability
In consideration of my participation in all phases of events, activities and excursions operated by Wrestling MS (WMS), I hereby voluntarily release, waive and discharge and for my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, voluntarily release waive and discharge WMS, its officers, directors, agents, employees and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages and causes of actions of any nature whatsoever, both known and unknown, to include, but not by way of limitation, the ordinary negligence of WMS, its officers, directors, agents, employees and independent contractors.
I understand and acknowledge that the events, activities, and excursions operated by WMS have inherent risks, hazards, and dangers which could result in injury or death to myself and others. I understand and acknowledge that these events, activities, and excursions, which deal primarily but not exclusively with cycling and social events, could result in injury or death to myself or others.
I agree for myself, my estate, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns that I or my estate, heirs, executors, administrations, successors and assigns will defend and indemnify WMS, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and independent contractors in the event suit is filed by anyone as a result of my participation in any event, activity or excursion operated by WMS which results in personal injury, death or property damage to myself to include the payment of all settlements, judgements, costs and attorneys' fees resulting from such suit.
I hereby release WMS, its officers, directors, agents, employees and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever, both known and unknown, to include, but not by way of limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage resulting from the ordinary negligence of WMS, its officers, directors, agents, employees and independent contractors as a result of my participation in any event, activity or excursion operated by WMS.
